Instructions for use:
- Step 1: Soak the packaging in water for 30 minutes before stuffing, the water temperature is 25oC. Purpose of soaking: to bring the packaging structure to its softest, most expandable state
- Step 2: Stuff the product: The size of the packaging after stuffing increases by 8-10% compared to the size printed on the packaging. When reaching the required tension, the product after steaming will expand to the right extent and will not wrinkle
- Step 3: Cook and steam the product: Cook at a temperature of 78 to 80oC until the core reaches 72oC, when exceeding the required temperature, the packaging may expand excessively and cause breakage or tearing
- Step 4: Cool the product: After cooking, the product is cooled under running water or soaked in cool water at 25oC, until the core reaches 25-30oC, then removed and stored in a cool place at a temperature of 0-6oC.
