Uses: Used to create a characteristic beef flavor for sausages, beef patties, beef balls, beef pho, etc.
Ingredients: Water, salt, sugar, soybean oil, natural flavoring agents: 4-Hydroxy-2,5-dimethyl-3(2H) furanone (JECFA 1446), 5-Hydroxyethyl-4-methylthiazole (JECFA 1031); beef broth concentrate, thickener: xanthan gum (INS 415), flavor enhancer: monosodium glutamate (INS 621). (The flavoring ingredients have been evaluated by JECFA, and determined to be safe for use as flavoring ingredients and by Circulars 24/2019/TT-BYT and 17/2023/TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health).
Instructions for use: Add directly to raw materials during production.
Dosage: 0.5 - 1% (5 - 10g/kg product.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight.
