  • Uses: Used in processing ham and skin covering. Creates good adhesion, slicing ability, retains water to reduce loss after cooking, increases characteristic flavor.
  • Ingredients: Stabilizer: Tetrasodium diphosphate (INS 450(iii)), Pentasodium triphosphate (INS 451(i)), Sodium polyphosphate (INS 452(i)), Dextrose, Sodium chloride, flavor enhancer: Monosodium glutamate (INS 612), antioxidant: Sodium erythorbate (INS 316), preservative: Sodium nitrite (INS 250).
  • Instructions for use: Dissolve Neo Bind P27 in cold water, then add other spices to dissolve into a marinade solution. Then add to the processed meat ingredients.
  • Dosage: 0.5% - 0.7% (5 - 7g/kg product).
  • Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight. Avoid storing near chemicals with strong odors.
